If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours or your building’s reception.

If it still can’t be located, contact us and we’ll raise the issue with the courier and guide you through the next steps.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to be returned in line with our returns policy.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs charges.

Returned items must arrive unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
